Las Arvejas is a cave house located in the village of Artenara in a beautiful rural setting. It is exquisitely and creatively decorated with a romantic feel. Nature too has furnished the cave’s walls with fanciful shapes. There is a large kitchen and living area, a dining room, a bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub and two bedrooms with wood flooring. The house has an outside patio with a barbecue and a shower.Las Arvejas has a swimming pool with hydromassage that is shared with Las Arvejas 2. Both houses have access to a central patio; so a large family or group of friends could rent both of them if a larger property is needed. The cottage is a cave house (casa cueva), which means it has a constant temperature all year round of 18ºC, making it a pleasantly warm in winter and refreshingly cool in summer.
Las Arvejas is surrounded by countryside with a wide variety of plant and animal life.Artenara, at 1,270 m above sea level, is the highest village on the island and is part of the Tamadaba Nature Park, declared World Biosphere Reserve. The Nature Parks La Cumbre and Roque Nublo are also nearby. An ideal location for nature lovers and walkers. There are various walking trails near the house.
